Plant-based eaters rejoice – celebrated vegan chef Tal Ronnen is expanding his acclaimed restaurant Crossroads Kitchen to locations in Las Vegas, NV and Calabasas, CA. Known for being a champion of cruelty-free eats, Ronnen is the author of the New York Times Bestseller: The Conscious Cook. Building off his expertise and passion, he lovingly built up his West Hollywood hotspot Crossroads Kitchen (simply called Crossroads by locals) into an empire of plant-based dining. In May, he opened the first fine-dining vegan restaurant on the Vegas strip inside Resorts World Las Vegas, as well as CB Burgers, a plant-based hamburger joint located right next door that features hoagie rolls stuffed with vegan Italian sausage or hot dogs.
